Shipping policy

Orders will be dispatched within 10 business days of order placement. Shipping times are estimated to be between 1-2 business days for the Express Shipping and 3-4 days for the Standard Shipping, depending on your location in UK and on the time of day the order is placed. Shipping times for EU are 3-4 days, and for RoW 5-7 days.

Orders are dispatched through our order fulfilment partner Shipbob and they will determine the best courier to use for any specific order depending on the size or weight of your order.

If for any reason we are out of stock or unable to dispatch goods ordered, you will be contacted via the email you provided at the time of making your order to arrange either a refund or a back order. 

Christmas delivery update:

Since Black Friday our fulfilment team has faced a number of challenges this year around resource, demand and in particular labour availability that has been further compounded with several ongoing Covid issues. This has ultimately caused their service standards to slip temporarily, with their fulfilment times stretching to 72 hours from the planned 24.  

These challenges are likely to continue, including with the new Government restrictions coming in to play, but they are targeting to meet this 72 hour turnaround, which means that all orders received before or on the 17^th of December will be despatched by the 20^th in time for Christmas delivery, assuming the stock is available.
